Woman bitten in the face results in permanent scarring

A dog bite to the face of a woman resulted in permanent scarring. The dog owners were strictly liable under Washington’s dog bite law. We successfully recovered the dog owner’s $300,000 homeowners insurance policy with MetLife Insurance, and an additional $200,000 from the dog owner’s excess insurance policy with The Hartford Insurance.
