60-year old woman loses tip of finger to Pit Bull

$100,000 Policy Limits Settlement:  A 60-year old woman was walking her small dog through her neighborhood when they were attacked by a pit bull broke that broke its way through a wrought iron fence.  The pit bull bit her finger causing a small piece of the tip of her finger to be amputated.  State Farm paid the homeowner’s bodily injury liability limit of $100,000. We successfully negotiated a significant reduction of our client’s health insurance reimbursement.

Total Settlement: $100,000
